BANGKOK — A gunman opened fire at a child-care facility in northeastern Thailand on Thursday, killing more than 30 people, according to the acting spokesman at the Thai prime minister’s office.
Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha has ordered government agencies to help the injured and investigate and arrest the perpetrator, a spokesman at the prime minister’s office said.
